"Exit 99," the debut EP from Violin Dragoness, is a culmination of experimentation and experience from the past two years since starting the project by busking on the streets of downtown Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Armed with a highly atypical instrument, a 6-stringed electric Viper violin, Gentry hopes to bring a new take to songs by bands that have heavily influenced and inspired her music, as well as to showcase her current sound.
